Conservation/Environment

We are fortunate in Surlingham in having several RSPB reserves, Wheatfen, and land leased to Norfolk Wildlife and all of these bodies have their own management plans in place. In addition of course local landowners and farmers manage the land in their care, and some of that land is managed under Broads Authority guidelines.

• The suggested mowing plan for the Churchyard
